O’Neil, of Wash ington. ^ The Red Cross plans to estab- llsh approximately 800 centers in principal cities throughout the country and mobile collection units to' supply cirilian hospitals and other institutions with blood wlth- .out cost. Legion posts throughout the re gion senr^ by the‘Atlanta Blood Center, Southeastern’s first center, have fully cooperated with the Red Cross in supplying ovlunteers to as sist in the center and donors.
