Richards of the Kershaw County Board of Public Welfare announces that during Oct. the department rendered public wel fare services, other than cash assist ance in 38 cases including 7 in which children were given assistance in the solution of problems hot involving fi nancial aid, and 13 cases in which selective service boards were furnish ed informatiop concerning persons drafted for the armed services.
