I do not take the position that the lav, is perfect nor do I say that the County Commissioners have not made mistakes?only those who do nothing make no mis takes, but under this system your taxes were reduced at the last session of the General Assembly from 11 ?'* t mills to?9'^ mills; you have more roads that you can travel than you have ever had. you know what your bridge is collecting for fares and you know what every dollar of your money is expended for. [ favor an appointment of your County Commissioners.
