Patrolmm Caskey started an Investi gation and as Houston had delivered a suit from a local pressing club at. Mr. Parr's home Friday afternoon when there was no one at hotoc, he was arrested and on being searched the $130 was found In his possession. On being questioned it is said that he admitted the theft. Lee was right painfully Injured Monday morning in front of Iiha me brother's'store when she was thrown from her horse and one of the lee wagons of Mr. It. I>. Moaeley passed over her. Ma*. Lee auflfered ? badly bruised lower limb but for ^uately no bones were broken. The accident happened while she was sK thip on ber horse and holding the horse of her husband.
