Yesterday afternoon It. A. Atkinson a brother of the de<vascd swore out a warrant before Magistrate 1,. R. Dixon, of this place, charging Henry M. Atkinson, her husband with having committed the crime. Sheriff S. J. Scarborough went out to his (home anil Immediately arrested Henry M. Atkinson. Wrought him hen* and lodged hitn in jail.
