That it shall be unlawful for any person or persons to place, or deposit, or to cause lo be placed or deposited, on any of the parks, streets or sidewalks of the City of Camden, any dead animal or fowl or any decaying animal or vegetable mat ter or any filth or sweeping of residen ces, stores, offices or other buildings, or any waste ptipor, straw, hay. broken glai>3. tack, piece of tin or metal of any kind whatever, which in the opinion of the Mayor or City Council may he a nui sance, or which mav endanger pedestri ans or those who travel in vehicles 2.
