Mr. Tom Russell met with quit** a serious accident in Columbia where he wan engaged in the tele phone business a few days ago. He wan up a telephone poto when a gasoline blow pot exploded sotting fire to hia clothing uud terribly burning him about the face ano chest. With remarkable courage and presence of mind he endured the fl-unea and when he readied the ground nearly all of his clothing was burned nir of liitn.
