Accident to Mr. Tom Russoll.
Mr. Tom Russell met with quit**
a serious accident in Columbia
where he wan engaged in the tele
phone business a few days ago. He
wan up a telephone poto when a
gasoline blow pot exploded sotting
fire to hia clothing uud terribly
burning him about the face ano
chest. With remarkable courage
and presence of mind he endured
the fl-unea and when he readied the
ground nearly all of his clothing
was burned nir of liitn. He is now
in the Columbia hospital where lie
is doing as well an could be expect
ed inftior ute circumstances.

because of ill health. His commis
