Wil liam ('. 1 Jobhins. Voters will be asked to vote whether they want fo .mid a county courthouse on a new location or to renovate the present one. ( ounty voters defeated last year a proposal to build a new courthouse. Rep. David S. Taylor says that, according to ihe Constitution, the question must be submitted to the voters. Both he and Rep. W. Paul Culbertson favor ask ing the voters to choose from the alternatives of renovating the present structure at “x” dollars or 1 mil ding a new one at “x” dollars. Rep. Taylor believes it will probably cost more to renovate.
