The bale weighed 525 pounds and was purchased by Mountville Gin Co. at 40 cents a pound. Mountville Gin Co. is now qualified to produce quality lint. Each bale is tagged as quality • lint -cotton. Neel has his entire erop planted to Cokers 413 which is supposed to be longer staple and more de sirable for mill consumption.
