Capt. and Mrs. H. H. Al ford and children, Leslie and Ann Marie, visited Capt. Al ford’s mother, Mrs. H. W. Al ford over the week-end. Capt. Alford is on leave from Thai land. Mr. and Mrs. E. K. Also visiting on Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Paul Stanley, children, Susan and Walter of Hartsville, Mr. and Mrs. Bob Hoffman of Rock Hill, and Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Morgan, of Clinton. Mrs. Hugh Simpson spent the weekend with her daugh ter, Mrs. K. R. McMaster and Mr. McMaster in Winnsboro. Mrs. Frank Miller and Mrs. Gus Blakely spent the week end with the former’s daugh ter, Mrs. Lollis Hardy and Dr. Hardy in Camden. STS-2 and Mrs. Joseph S. Powell arrived last week for seweral weeks visit here with the former’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Powell. Form erly stationed in California, Mr. Powell will leave from here to his new assignment at Newport News, Va. Mrs. Powell will make her home here while her husband is away. Miss Sue Bragg, a student at University of Augusta Hos pital in Augusta, Ga., accom panied by two other room mates, spent last weekend with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Bragg.
