WIN CHAMPIONSHIP The Christ Ambassador Quiz team of the Joanna Assembly of God won the state championship in the “Learning Mark” Bible contest held in Columbia Satur day. The team will represent this state in the Southeast Re gional contest to be held in Bir mingham, Ala., on June 30. Members of the winning group are Gene Reeder, Johnny Jones, Connie Jones, Kaye Thomas, and Ronnie Whitlock. Coaches are Rev. and Mrs. Jerry But- trum. The Instrumental Ensemble first place was won by the Jo anna duet composed of Connie and Johnny Jones.
