Warren, a 5-fi, 182-pound Al lendale native, stood out on de fense for the Blue Hose, mak ing several key stops of Wofford hall-carriers. The scrappy line backer "probably made more in dividual tackles than anybody on the Held,” according to PC Coach Cally Gault. Warren is the third Hose to take the Player-of-the-Week hon ors. Copeland Mrs. Carrie Adair Coleman Copeland, 77, wife of H. A. Cope land, died Wednesday morning at Bailey Memorial Hospital af ter several years of declining health and a critical illness of one day, She was a native of Laurens County where she spent her en tire life. A daughter of the late William Newton and Nannie Ropp Adair, she was a member of the Providence Associate Re formed Presbyterian Church of this city and a member of the James B. Parrott Order of East ern Star. She was employed as a matron at Whitten Village for a number of years until her re tirement a few years ago. She was married twice.
