Culbertson in a letter Monday to George Phinney, Laurens County Dem ocratic party chairman, resign ed his post as executive com mitteeman of Laurens City Ward 3 In an apparent protest action against (he way the county party is being run. He also requested that his name be removed from the list of the Laurens County delegates to the state convention this week.
