Mra Claude H Bryant trf Atlanta, after declining health of four years and an illness of a month. He was a native of Laurens l oun ty hut had made his home in Ar lanta for the post 30 years. He was the son of the late William F and Ixni Nash Medlock. Surviving are one daughter. Mrs Claude K Bryant, one son. William T Medlock, both of Atlanta; three sisters. Mrs. E M. Nesbitt of Atoka. Tenn., and Mrs C. W. Pinson of Belton, four brothers. Dr W. A and Dr. B W. Medlock, both of Decatur. Ga . The library (dans to spend the money to extend and improve rural service Fourteen county or regional li-1 braries in the state will receive grants from federal funds under the j administration of the South Carolina State Library Board These funds come u>'South Carolina under the' terms of the Library Services Act and must be spent for rural public library service Joanna To Hove Hobby Show October 14 Joanna .the second town in South Carolina to pioneer w ith a large hob by and craft show, has announced its third such event to be held on Friday, October 14 The one-day show will be at the Community Club House will be open to the public from 10:00 a. m. through 10:00 p m. w ith the club house committee of | tft?
