Blalock and Dr. James Macdonald returned yesterday from Chattanooga, Tenn., where they attended the Tennessee Valley Medical Association meeting several days this week. Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Simmons and Mrs. T. M. Slaughter of Macon, Ga., spent the week-end with their father and sister, R. B. Simmons and Mrs. J. B. Speake. Friends of Mr. Simmons will be glad to know he is improving after being ill the past week.
