Taylor, 63, died suddenly Thursday morning at the home of his sister-in-law, Mrs. Fannie May Taylor of Rt. 1, Clinton, after sev eral years of declining health. He was a native of Buncombe County, N. C., but had made his home in Laurens County for a num ber of years. He was a veteran of World War I and served overseas. Re was a son of the late William and Laura Davis Taylor.
