Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Croy and family visited relatives in Stilwell, Ga., for a few days last week. Buddy Davenport, of Charlotte, visited Mr. and Mrs. Joe Daven port on Saturday. MVs. Bertha Gregory, Francis Evans, of Griffin, Ga., Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Harris, of Anderson, were vis itors of Mrs. Gus Harris and Des- sie Douglas last week. Mr. and Mrs. E. B. Norton had as a recent visitor the former’s sister, Mrs. Fred Rodelsperger, of New berry. Mr. and Mrs. R. L. Yarbor ough and son, Mike, of Woodruff, visited them on Sunday. Mrs. Van Garrett, of Greenville, spent last week with her sister, Mrs. J. D. Word. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Kinard have moved to an apartment on Hickory Street. They formerly made their home with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Cole. Mr. and Mrs. Bill McLendon and Mrs. Wayne McLendon were visi tors in Greenville Tuesday of last week. W. A. Jones and son, of Green wood. visited Mr. and Mrs H. A. Adams on Sunday. Jan and Sharon Davenport are spending two weeks with Mr and Mrs Joe Davenport Mr. and Mrs. Bamie Owens, Jan ice, Dave, Mr and Mrs. Truman Leopard and baby and Delores Brookshire spent the week at Day tona Beach, Fla. Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Boyce spent a few days at Myrtle Beach last week. Mr. and Mrs. Tom Jones, of Greenwood, are spending a few days with Mr. and Mrs. H. A Adams and family. Recent visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Johnnie Mason were.the former’s brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Farrow, of Haynes City, Fla. The latter’s brother, Frank Mason, of Scotia, also visited them for a few days. Miss Eiizaoeth Cole was the guest of Barbara McCoy, of Thomasville. Ga., last week. While there she at tended Church Camp at Durasville, Ga. Mrs. Grace Wooten, Inabelle Hooper. Mell Huey and Eunice Braswell were visitors at Cherokee, N. C., for a few days last week.
