Also for the flowers and cards received. —OTT THOMAS Mrs. Mamie Estes Passes Union, Nov. 15—Mrs. Mamie Lawson Estes, 68, of Clinton, died at the home of her sister, Mrs. Emma Lawson, Buffalo Rt. 1, Thursday after a sudden illness. She was a member of Mt. Leba non Baptist church. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Emma Lawson and Mrs. Pearl Lawson, both of Buffalo, Rt. 1; two brothers, Earl Estes, of Greenw’ood. and Henry Estes, of 'Clinton. Funeral services were conduct ed Saturday at 2:00 p. m., at Mt. Lebanon Baptist church by the Rev.- J. D Brown and the Rev. John Allen. Burial was in the church bemetery. Pallbearers were Russell, Giles, Jack and Henry Lawson, Jr., Lewis and Luther Boulware. j Bride-Elect Honored Miss Nell Canfield f bride-elect of December, wah honored with a bridal shower at the Community house Friday vening.
