Templeton, principal of the school, invited the guests into the school lunch room where a lunch was served by Mrs. Platt Prather and Mrs. Leda Hill, supervisors of the lunch room The dining tables were centered with arrangements of chrysanthemums and the place of each guest and teacher was marked by tiny pumpkin place! cards. The goal of 300 in Sunday school was met the 4th Sunday in October and there were 107 in training union. The church has also built a new educational building with 18 Sun day school rooms, 2 assembly rooms, nursery, pastor's study, so cial hall and equipped kitchen. The debt on the building is small. The congregation feels that under the leadership of Mr. Spillers it will continue to go forward and expand in its work. ^ - W. M. S.
