The trustees shall act as managers of said election and only such electors as return real or personal property for taxation and who exhibit their tax receipts and registration certificates as required in general elections shall be allowed to vote. Each elector who favors the proposed levy shall cast a ballot with the word "Yes'' written or printed thereon and each elector opposed to said levy shall cast a ballot with the word "No" written or printed thereH.
