Whereas, a petition signed by more

years of Zion School District
No. 7, of the county and state!
aforesaid asking that an election bej
granted in said district on the question
of iucrehsing the levy for common
school purposes by 7 mills has
been presented to the County Boapd
of Education; now by the authority
vested in us under Section 1741, Civil
Code 1912, said election is hereby
ordered held on Tuesday, July 29th
Zion School house.
The trustees shall act as managers
of said election and only such electors
as return real or personal property
for taxation and who exhibit
their tax receipts and registration
certificates as required in general
elections shall be allowed to vote.
Each elector who favors the proposed
levy shall cast a ballot with
the word "Yes'' written or printed
thereon and each elector opposed to
said levy shall cast a ballot with the
word "No" written or printed thereH.
