Samara was indicted on charges of1 .conspiracy to dynamite buildings in , this city. In all, eight indictments were i . named. Three of the indictments are against McNamara, who is in1 prison in Dos Angeles. They c charge conspiracy to dynamite Bi] bridges on the Pekin Railroad, and 1 the other two are said to be storing ..dynamite here. The five other indictments are sagainst Burns, who is under $10,-, St 000 bail to the local grand jury, and Detective Hossick, of Dos Angeles, who has not been arrested. The grand jury reported that they t*?. found no evidence to sustain the1 ^ charges of kidnapping against Wal- . ' Iter Drew, of New York, counsel for . the National Electors' Association; J. A. G.
