Samara was indicted on charges of1 .conspiracy to dynamite buildings in , this city. In all, eight indictments were i . named. Three of the indictments are against McNamara, who is in1 prison in Dos Angeles. They c charge conspiracy to dynamite Bi] bridges on the Pekin Railroad, and 1 the other two are said to be storing ..dynamite here. The five other indictments are sagainst Burns, who is under $10,-, St 000 bail to the local grand jury, and Detective Hossick, of Dos Angeles, who has not been arrested. The grand jury reported that they t*?. found no evidence to sustain the1 ^ charges of kidnapping against Wal- . ' Iter Drew, of New York, counsel for . the National Electors' Association; J. A. G. Badger, Drew's assistant; W. G. Ford, assistant district at- ' Forney of Dos Angeles county, and '' Frank H. Fox. of this city, the <chauffeur, who drove the car in ~ which McNamara was taken from this city to Chicago, all of whom | were arrested here and held to the grand Jury for investigation. Governor Marshall, who honored the requisition for McNamara; City Judge Collins, before whom McNamara was taken and the Indianapolis police connected with the case, all will be absolved fromiat blame to the grand Jury.
