Southbound trrins arrive at 11 a. m., 10.40 p. m. and 11.25 a. m. The trains arriving at 11 a. m. and departing at 12.30 p. m. are local freights and do not run on Sundays. The Court House officials are getting ready for Dillon county's first term of court which will convene at 10 o'clock on Monday June 13th. The jury will be drawn next week and the list will be published in the next issue of The Herald. There are a number of cases to be tried, but it is not probable that court will be in session the entire week. There are several defendants in Marion jail and five are out on bond. Mr. J. F. Clark, foreman at The Herald office, spent several davs in Fayctteville last week, learning bow to operate one of the linotypes The Herald will use in publishing the paper as soon as the office building now in course of construction is completed.
