Editor Daily Timbs: I see iu yesterday’s paper more complaint about flowers being stolen from lots in Mount Hope cemetery. I hope that, the person may be caught. 1 suggested a year ago that if the lot owners would pay oue dollar a year that we would guard the cemetery more securely, but no one has paid a cent to wards it and the complaint is al together from those who have never paid anything to keep the cemetery in order.
