While drinking is prohibited on the dispensary premises, still many a vacant lot in Florence is a convenient place for opening bottles and passing them around. We have in mind two such places on cwo public streets, and at each so much drinking, attended by ful- aomo profanity, is done that the be just- * ice of P- A. wont to congregate and drink', and the language they use is frequently filthy and disgusting. Another place is in the lot immediately South of Sulzbachey & Son’s store. Here the bottles are carried, open ed and passed around, and cursing is indulged in without regard to] who may hear.
