Black as administratrix of the estate of the late Dr. P. K. Bhtck, against the Charleston a- Western Carolina Railroad coitw pany lor the death of Dr, Blu<;k, resulting from injuries ?he sustained August 23 of this year while crossing the railroad near Mt. Carmel in this county. His death was on trie 11th of September. One suit is for the benefit of the estate of Dr. Blank ana this alleges damages in the sum or $ev,ueo. The other is brought tor the benefit of the widow, Mrs. Ida M. Black, and her children, AJiss, Dora Pickens Black, Miss Mary Florence Black and James Floyd Black and Fred Black, and the amount of damages sued for in this is ?75,000.
