Home-made Macaroons. ?Blanch four ounces of almonds and pound them to a paste willi four spoonfuls of orange flower water, which can be bought at the druggilf's. Heal the whites of four eggs to a si iff froth and mix with the almonds, stirring in ;il I he same lime one pound of finely sifled powdered sugar. Line your (ins with a sheet of bullered or oiied paper and drop the paste on in liltie round cakes. Hake in a moderate oven.
