Eliza Scalisi, a beautiful young woman, was eimaged. to be Vm married to a young marf named Alossandro, but she died a few days beJp fore the date sot for the ceremony and was buried in a local cemetery. Alcssandro was heartbroken over his bereavement, and one night ho dug up the body and carried it to his \ lodging. He embalmed the corpse of ^ tho young woman, dressed it in its bridal clothes, and kopt it in his rooms for a fortnight. Neighbors finally grow curious from the fact that the young man never went abroad, and peeping one day it'll rough his shuttered windows they saw Alassendro seated alongside the dead body of the woman who was to have been^ his wife affectionately holding her hand. The police were informed and Alesuandro was arrested. The body has been buried a second time. . V Be a Booster.
