The Building Committee for Newber y County Court House invite sealed proposals for the erection and .com pletion of a new County Court House n the County's property i.n the city f Newberry, S: C., agreeable to plans and specifications prepared by Architects Frank P. Milburn & Co., Washi gton, D. C. Said plans and specifications are now on file with the 'County Clerk and at the Archi ects' office. Each bidder is reqtiested to file his bid with the Chairman of the Building Committee on or before 1.2 o'clock noon, February 1st, 1907. Each bid must be accompanied by ertified check, made payable to the Chairman of the Building Committee for $1,000 as evidence of good faith, and as a guarantee, in case his bid is accepted by the Committee, that he will enter into contract at once and file within a reasonable time an ac eptable guarantee company's bond] in the sum of twenty thousand dol lars.
