? N \ The Pagetoid Journal| Published Wednesday Mornings by the Journal Comdany Subscription Price - $1.00 Entered as second class mail' matter at the post-office at Page land, S. C., under Postal Act of March 3, 1879. November 7, 1917 There have been so many things to do to get out this issue on our own press that we have had no time for writing editorials. If we had stopped to write them the printing would not have been done, so what would have been the use. Later on we will try to do a little better. The Journal is very grateful to the Monroe Journal for doing our press work last week. The forms were set up here and carried to Monroe to have the press work done, as it was impossible to get our press to v work by that time. Messrs. G. The 150,000 French soldiers in valided back from the trenches and the vastly increased ravages of the disease among the civilian population offer our nation a timely lesson.
