The application of Abra- ] ham Onsey for a twelve foot branch was ' refused, a six months further service being necessary. Capt. \V. S. Cox having passed a satisfactory examination was given a full branch for the Port Hoyal bar. Mr. Kressel, owu<r of pilot boat No. 2 appeared unci complained of pilot Dupong having appropriated the < whole amount of pilotage earned while ' attached to his bout, and hoped the 1 board would take sonic action to protect owners of boats as well as pilots, which was received as information to be considered at the next meeting. The application of C. C. Neil for a full branch for St lleleua and Port Royal was refused.
