The Borne Journal announces a novel breakfast party participated in by the Dover Bathing Club. A floating table, decorated with flowers, was anchored in the bay, and upon it were laid cops of hot coffee, eggs, bread and batter, &c. About twenty members of the club then sprang into the water, swam to the table, and drank their coffee, ?co., the condi? tion being that no one was to touch the table itself. This necessitated a good knowledge of the art of "treading water," and there waB plenty of fan for qaite half an hoar, when the repast was finished. A Gurions law sait will commence shortly ia Paris.
