Experience, however, having satisfactorily demount rated that theao ratea are exeeasivo, what possible excuse can there be for maint sining them? This system of participation, in connection with tho low "stock" rates of premiums, must neooaaarily secure to tho policy -boldera every possible advantage to bo derived from prudent and careful management.
