The plan adopted for suob division is aa followa: Every person who may hereafter insure with tho Universal will, for the purposes of division, be treated aa a stockholder to extent of one annual premium upon his policy; and trill share in the profits of the Company to precisely the same extent as a Stockholder owning an equal amount of the Capital Stock.
