Profits from theso sources, in a company possessed of a capita1 of $200,000, and doing a fair amount of business, would givo to the stockholders dividende largely in exceso of what wero counted on by the Directors of the Universal at the timo of its organization. They have, therefore, determined to divide among tho policy-holders of tho company a large part of the profits acoruing from tho sources named, all of which have heretofore been divided among the stockholders.
