Between tho two was a table, at which Bat the Judgos and Mr. John London, Commissioner. Tho WIIOOIB wero made with glasB sidcB, so that everything within them could be seen, and were securely lockod, until tho drawing began. This was dono by means of two little boys, who were securely blind? folded, wno drawing a number from ono of the wheels and tho other thc prize to correspond with it.
