At 1 o'clock, to-day, the two Houses met in joint con? vention. The result of thc count was that the majority of all the votes cant in the State was, for Iv H. Moran, Lieutenaut-Governor, 4,377; J. J. Parker, Secretary of State, 4,459; J, W. A.
