Cannot some one be found, thoroughly "postal vp," (and will keep himself informed,) who will nppn an nftieo far tho "rnoiat.rn tion" of employers . and employees, without distinction as to "race, color or former condition," and where the "antecedents" as to character, re? sponsibility, ?co., may be ascertained, and mutual benefits conferred. The "mule and forty acres" delu? sion will soon be dispelled, and a large number of our colored people will desire to make an honest living, by honest work, for hvnest wages. It is believed that an offer of this kind, properly and'judiciously con? ducted, will go far in superseding the necessity of importing foreign labor, of which we hear so much said.
