The additional tax upon tho people to be raised next ?efrr, will bo $985,000-both of which elng added to the present tax,, Will ewell thorn to the enormous sum o? $2,000,000. These disclosures make the peoplo stand aghast, and it is universally contended that it cannot be done; and the enormous taxation alone, if nothing else, will make the people reject the new Constitution.
