I used it on corn. It answered finely, and was thought by tho hand that cultivated the crop to be fully equal to Rhode's Super Phosphate. I also used it on about au acre of cotton, and I am clearly of opinion that it is tho best and cheapest fertilizer in use, and I expect to order several tons this winter. Several kinds of manures wero used by ns. with the exception of your Poudretto, with little or no effect to tho crop. Where the Poudretto was used, it gave us near half a halo moro per acre, and caused the cotton to open much earlier; and wo would, theroforo, recommend the Bame as a concentrated manure for tho growth of cotton, as well as improvement to thc soil.
