In tho exchange of the lots aforesaid, the Company accepted forty feet frout as ample for their then sup? posed wants for a building 22x50 feet. By tho present arrangements, the building is much enlarged, both in width and depth, being 88x68 feet; which would leave us no outside en? trance to tho yard for our apparatus; a matter of absolute necessity and convenience. "We de? sire to be placed in a position beyond any contingency, and it is a mattel of vital importance to the Company.
