THB CROP?.-The weather during the past week commenced dry and cold, but became more moderate and unsettled, afterwards clear and cold, and has not been unfavora? ble for field work. The report of the Agri? cultural Bureau for October has been pub? lished, and speaks more encouragingly cf "?e crop prospects, arising from the fine fall weather wttlch has been or a character calculated to re? trieve, lu a degree, the ur fortunate conditions existing earlier in the year.
