Norfolk Grain Market. NORFOLK, April 12.-CORN.-The sales or the week foot up about 12,000 bushels. Yester? day there was a farther decline of 2c, and white was sold at 78c, and yellow at 76c. OATS.-The Bales this week have been very light, and we hear of no transacuons for the last two or three days.
