INQUEST AT THE WANDO WORKS.-Last Sun? day evening, William Ball, a colored boy about thirteen years of age, in company with a lot of other boys, was amusing himself by riding on a car on th? small railroad belonging to the Wando Mining and Manufacturing- Company, aboat ten miles from the city. The party were seated m one or the dump cars for bringing phosphates from the mines, and were running down a grade ' on the road at a pretty swift speed.
