Charleston will also have a "Board of Equalization" to rc view, and increase or decrease, assessments, os was done, na tho people remember, by thc State Equalizing Board for purposes of Stale taxation. Unless the city board have more com? mon sense and senso of justice than tho State board had, Charleston wlU be in a bnd way.
