OATS.-The business ta this grain is confined to tho local retail trade. The arrivals have been about 1008 bushels, consigned to dealers. We learn of no largo transactions. FLOUR.-This article continue? to have an upward tendency, and prices of Southern have improved about 60 cents ta barrel during th* week. We note sales of Southern Super at $12.60 ft barrel. Southern Extra at j $13(3,13.50 fi barrel, and Southern Family at Si4.50 ft barrel.
