FRIDAY MORNING, NOVEMBER 2, 1866. From Europe. The steamship Moravian, from Liverpool on the 19th, arrived at Farther Point on Monday. The following is a eummary of her mails: The steamship Moravian, from Liverpool on the 18th, via Londonderry on the 19th, arrived off Farther Point yesterday morning, en route to Quebec. Her telegraphic news report embraces details of our cable dispatches to her day of sailing. Mr. John Bright had been entertained at break? fast at Glasgow by the promoters of the Reform demonstration. He made a speech, in which he briefly referred to his approaching visit-to Ireland. He said the moro fully the people were admitted to a fair share of parliamentary power the more completely would Justice be done to Ireland. All the London journals publish leaders on Mr. Bright's great speech of the 16th of October, of which the main points were published in the Herald of yes? terday morning. From Madrid it is stated that ^tho captain and crew of the steamer Tornado are still imprisoned separately, and that the British Minister at Mad? rid has done nothing to obtain their liberation, his excuse being that he had received no instructions from England. Advices from Miramar stato that the Empress Charlotte's (of Mexico) hoalth was unchanged. A Bombay telegram of the 17th October reports a decided rino in oxchango on London^and also iu the price of cotton. A Berlin correspondent of the London Times S'ves an account or the recent annexation of Frank rt, Weisbaden and Cassel to tho Prussian mon? archy: , In Weiebaden and Cassel the aot of promulgation took place in the principal square, in the midst of -a large and enthusiastic multitado.
