The steamship Costa Rica, from Panama, brings upwards of $300,000 in gold. Ex-Ministor NELSON, from Chili, was a passenger. The Spanish squadron left Callao disgraced, and has, it is reported, sailed for Montevideo. Admiral NUNEZ addressed a bombastic note to the British Consul, that having ohastised the Peru vians, he now loaves the Pacific ready to return if Peru becomes insolent. Guatemala, Salvador and Costa Rica deolined the Chilian-Peru Alliance. Washington Newa.
